Comparison review
The Apple iPhone 13 is much better than Samsung Galaxy Note8, getting a 91.5 score against 83. The Apple iPhone 13 design is noticeably newer, thinner and lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Note8. The Apple iPhone 13 works with iOS 15.x OS, while Samsung Galaxy Note8 works with Android 9.0 Pie OS. IPhone 13 has just a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Note8, although it has a just a little lower count of pixels per inch of display, a little smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1170 x 2532px.
The iPhone 13 counts with a greater performance than Galaxy Note8, because although it has less RAM memory and lesser cores , it also counts with a 64-bits CPU. The Galaxy Note8 has a little bit more memory for applications and games than iPhone 13, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 256 GB.
The Apple iPhone 13 captures a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note8, and although they both have a same resolution back camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Apple iPhone 13 also has a bigger aperture and higher 60 fps video frame rates. Samsung Galaxy Note8 counts with a bit better battery performance than iPhone 13, because it has a 3300mAh battery capacity against 3227mAh.
Although iPhone 13 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Note8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy Note8. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the iPhone 13, otherwise you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy Note8, giving up a couple specs and features.
