Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a general score of 83, which is a little bit better than Apple iPhone 6's 79.2 score. Even though Samsung Galaxy Note8 is noticeably newer than Apple iPhone 6, it's extremely thicker and notably heavier. Samsung Galaxy Note8 has Android 9.0 Pie operating system, while Apple iPhone 6 works with iOS 8.x operating system.
The Galaxy Note8 features a little bit better performance than iPhone 6, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor and a 32-bit processing unit against 64-bits, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. The iPhone 6 features a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Note8, although it has a lot smaller display, a lot lower 1334 x 750px resolution and a lot worse pixel density.
Samsung Galaxy Note8 counts with a slightly bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than iPhone 6, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD card slot that admits up to 256 GB. Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a bit better camera than iPhone 6, because it has a lot better 3840x2160 video definition, a much larger aperture to capture better low-light images and video, a bigger back-facing camera sensor which gives a better photo and video quality and a back-facing camera with lot more mega pixels.
Galaxy Note8 counts with a very superior battery duration than Apple iPhone 6, because it has an 82 percent larger battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than iPhone 6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as iPhone 6. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy iPhone 6, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
