Comparison review
Apple iPhone XS is a bit better than Galaxy Note8, with a general score of 84.2 against 83. Apple iPhone XS is a newer device, and it is also somewhat thinner and a bit lighter than the Galaxy Note8. IPhone XS counts with a bit better screen than Galaxy Note8, although it has a much lower 1125 x 2436 resolution, a little bit smaller screen and a little bit inferior pixels count per inch in the display.
The iPhone XS features a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Note8, because although it has 2 lesser cores and 2 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a 64 bits CPU. The Galaxy Note8 counts with a way bigger storage for applications and games than iPhone XS, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Note8 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
IPhone XS has a bit better camera than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not good for low-light photos and videos, and they both have the same video resolution, a camera with a 12 mega-pixels resolution and the same sensor size, the iPhone XS also counts with higher video frame rates.
Galaxy Note8 counts with improved battery duration than iPhone XS, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.
Although iPhone XS is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Note8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Note8. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy iPhone XS, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy Note8, resigning a couple specs and features.
