Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Note8 is slightly better than Google Pixel 3, with an 83 score against 80. The Samsung Galaxy Note8 is an older, a little thicker and incredibly heavier cellphone than the Google Pixel 3. Galaxy Note8 features a bit better display than Google Pixel 3, because it has a little bit larger screen, a better 1440 x 2960px resolution and a little bit greater pixels count in each display inch.

The Galaxy Note8 has a much bigger memory to store more apps and games than Google Pixel 3, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy Note8 also has an external SD slot that allows up to 256 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Note8 and the Google Pixel 3 count with extremely similar CPUs, and although the Google Pixel 3 has less RAM, they both have 8 cores.

Galaxy Note8 features just a bit better battery duration than Google Pixel 3, because it has a 13% more battery size. Google Pixel 3 counts with a camera that is very similar to Galaxy Note8's camera, because although the Google Pixel 3 has a tinier aperture which is not so good for shooting pictures or video in low light situations, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 video quality and a same size sensor, it also counts with a camera in the back with a higher 12.2 megapixels resolution.

Although Galaxy Note8 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Google Pixel 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Pixel 3. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Note8, else you can save some dollars and get the Google Pixel 3, resigning some features and specifications.
