Comparison review

The Galaxy Note8 is slightly better than the Google Pixel 4, with a general score of 83 against 81.9. Even being the best device in this comparison, the Galaxy Note8 design is a lot older, just a little bit thicker and heavier than the Google Pixel 4. The Google Pixel 4 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Note8. Both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount.

Samsung Galaxy Note8 counts with a slightly better display than Google Pixel 4, because it has a better 1440 x 2960 resolution, a quite greater pixel density and a bit larger screen. Google Pixel 4 has a camera that's very similar to the Galaxy Note8 one, and although the Google Pixel 4 has a camera in the back with a better resolution, they both have the same (4K) video definition, the same 30 fps video frame rates, a F1.7 diafragm aperture and a 0.39 inches back-facing camera sensor.

The Galaxy Note8 has much more memory for applications and games than Google Pixel 4, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Galaxy Note8 also has a SD memory slot that allows up to 256 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Note8 features longer battery performance than Google Pixel 4, because it has a 3300mAh battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a better device, it costs more than the Google Pixel 4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 4. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Google Pixel 4, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your budget.
