Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a little bit better than Honor Magic6 Pro, with a score of 83 against 76.6. Both phones in this review include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Honor Magic6 Pro has Android 14, so it counts with a lot of extra features and performance enhancements. Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a lighter and just a little bit thinner device than Honor Magic6 Pro.

The Galaxy Note8 has a bit more vivid display than Honor Magic6 Pro, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixels quantity per screen inch and a slightly higher 1440 x 2960 resolution. Honor Magic6 Pro has a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Note8, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Honor Magic6 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM memory.

Honor Magic6 Pro takes greater videos and photos than Galaxy Note8, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Honor Magic6 Pro also has a way bigger back-facing camera sensor taking way higher quality videos and pictures, better video frame rates, a bigger aperture for better low-light images and a camera in the back with way more megapixels.
