Comparison review
The Galaxy Note8 has a global score of 83, which is a little bit better than Huawei P30's general score of 81.7. The Galaxy Note8 construction is older, somewhat heavier and thicker than Huawei P30. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note8 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Huawei P30 has Android 10 version, so it counts with some extra features and improved performance.
The Huawei P30 has a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy Note8. Both have a 6 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processor. The Galaxy Note8 has a slightly better looking screen than Huawei P30, because it has a little bit greater screen pixel density, a little bit larger screen and a better 1440 x 2960 resolution.
Galaxy Note8 counts with just a bit more memory to install applications and games than Huawei P30, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that admits up to 256 GB. The Huawei P30 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for low-light images and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Huawei P30 also counts with a back camera with a way higher resolution and a way larger sensor shooting much higher quality videos and pictures.
The Huawei P30 has a bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because it has 3650mAh of battery capacity.
Even being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, the Samsung Galaxy Note8 is also the cheapest one.
