Huawei P40 is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note8, having an 86.4 score against 83. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Huawei P40 has 10 version while Samsung Galaxy Note8 has Android 9.0 Pie. The Huawei P40 construction is much newer, lighter and a little bit thinner than Samsung Galaxy Note8.
Galaxy Note8 counts with just a bit better looking display than Huawei P40, because it has a higher 1440 x 2960 resolution, a little bit higher quantity of pixels in each inch of display and a bit larger screen. Huawei P40 has a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note8. Both of them have 6 GB of RAM and 8 CPU cores.
The Samsung Galaxy Note8 features just a bit bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei P40, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 256 GB. Huawei P40 counts with just a bit longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because it has a 15% bigger battery size.
Huawei P40 takes a lot better videos and photos than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same video definition, the Huawei P40 also counts with a much bigger camera sensor providing a much higher image quality, a much more megapixels camera in the back and better 60 frames per second video frame rates.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, Huawei P40 is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
