Comparison review

The Motorola edge is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Note8, having an 89.6 score against 83. Both phones we are comparing here come with Android OS (operating system), but Motorola edge has an older 10 version and Samsung Galaxy Note8 has Android 9.0 Pie. The Motorola edge is a extremely newer and just a bit lighter cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy Note8, but it is a bit thicker.

Galaxy Note8 features a little sharper display than Motorola edge, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixels number per inch of screen and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960px. The Motorola edge counts with a processing unit that is very similar to Galaxy Note8's processing unit, they have 6 GB of RAM and 8 CPU cores.

The Motorola edge has a very superior storage for games and applications than Galaxy Note8, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. Motorola edge has longer battery performance than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.

The Motorola edge takes much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for taking photos and video in low light environments, and they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rates, the Motorola edge also counts with a much more mega pixels camera and a way larger back camera sensor.

The Motorola edge costs more money than the Galaxy Note8, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
