The Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a global score of 83, which is a bit better than the Motorola Edge (2024)'s score of 78.5. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note8 has newer 9.0 Pie version while Motorola Edge (2024) has Android 14, counting with lots of additional features. Although it's the best phone in our current comparison, it must be told that it is also a lot older, just a little thicker and somewhat heavier.

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a very superior CPU than Motorola Edge (2024), although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Motorola Edge (2024) features just a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has a little less pixels per inch in the display and a lot worse 1080 x 2400px resolution, it also counts with a quite bigger display.

The Motorola Edge (2024) features a very superior storage to install games and applications than Galaxy Note8, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Motorola Edge (2024) has a very superior battery duration than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 52 percent greater battery capacity.

Motorola Edge (2024) shoots a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Edge (2024) also counts with a lot bigger sensor shooting way higher quality photos and videos and a back facing camera with a much better resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 is not only the best devices between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a bargain compared to the other ones.
