Comparison review

The Galaxy Note8 has a score of 83, which is slightly better than Motorola Moto G Power's general score of 76.1. Both devices we compare here come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note8 has 9.0 Pie version and Motorola Moto G Power has Android 11 version, so it provides you a lot of extra features. The Galaxy Note8 is an incredibly older phone than the Motorola Moto G Power, but Samsung managed to build it somewhat thinner and a bit lighter.

Galaxy Note8 features a little better processing power than Moto G Power, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note8 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Note8 counts with a bit sharper display than Moto G Power, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels and a better pixel amount in each inch in the screen.

Motorola Moto G Power has a slightly bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note8, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Motorola Moto G Power also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 512 GB. Moto G Power has a very superior battery life than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.

The Moto G Power has a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has a smaller sensor which provides a lower image and video quality, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 video definition and a F1.7 aperture, the Moto G Power also counts with a much more megapixels back facing camera.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Motorola Moto G Power, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Motorola Moto G Power. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note8, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Motorola Moto G Power, resigning a couple specs and features.
