Comparison review

The Galaxy Note8 has a global score of 83, which is a little bit better than Nokia X100's 77.3 global score. Both devices we compare here include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note8 has 9.0 Pie version and Nokia X100 has Android 11 version, so it offers a couple nice extra features and performance optimizations. Even though the Galaxy Note8 is much older than the Nokia X100, it's body is somewhat lighter and just a little thinner.

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 counts with a little bit better looking display than Nokia X100, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960px and a better display pixel density. The Nokia X100 counts with a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because it has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB and more internal memory capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a bit better hardware performance than Nokia X100. Both of them have a 6 GB RAM and the same number of cores. Nokia X100 counts with better battery performance than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 35% bigger battery capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Note8 shoots much better photos and videos than Nokia X100, although it has a way lower resolution back facing camera.
