The Galaxy Note8 has a general score of 83, which is slightly better than the Galaxy C7's 77.7 global score. Even though the Galaxy Note8 is newer than Galaxy C7, it's a lot thicker and heavier. Both devices we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Note8 has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy C7 has Android 8.0 Oreo version.

Galaxy Note8 has a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy C7, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy Note8 also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a more vivid screen than Galaxy C7, because it has a lot better resolution of 1440 x 2960px, a better pixel density and a little bigger screen.

Samsung Galaxy Note8 captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy C7, because although it has a back-facing camera with a way worse 12 megapixels resolution, it also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a larger diafragm aperture for better low light photography and videos.

The Galaxy Note8 has a little bit better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy C7, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Galaxy Note8 also has a SD memory slot that supports up to 256 GB. Galaxy C7's battery lifetime is very similar to Samsung Galaxy Note8's battery performance.
