The Galaxy Note8 has a general score of 83, which is slightly better than the Galaxy C7's 77.7 global score. Even though the Galaxy Note8 is newer than Galaxy C7, it's a lot thicker and heavier. Both devices we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Note8 has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy C7 has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
Galaxy Note8 has a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy C7, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy Note8 also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a more vivid screen than Galaxy C7, because it has a lot better resolution of 1440 x 2960px, a better pixel density and a little bigger screen.
Samsung Galaxy Note8 captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy C7, because although it has a back-facing camera with a way worse 12 megapixels resolution, it also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a larger diafragm aperture for better low light photography and videos.
