The Galaxy Note8 has a score of 83, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max's 76.1 general score. Both phones we compare here include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note8 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has Android 7.0 Nougat version, offering some extra features. Despite being the best cellphone in this review, Galaxy Note8 is a just a little heavier and just a little thicker cellphone than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max.
The Samsung Galaxy Note8 features a little bit better looking display than Galaxy J7 Max, because it has a much better resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels, a quite larger screen and a better display density. Galaxy Note8 features a much bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, and although they both have a SD card slot that holds up to 256 GB, the Galaxy Note8 also has 64 GB internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy Note8 has a bit better performance than Galaxy J7 Max, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Note8 also has a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy J7 Max features a battery duration that is just as good as the battery life in Samsung Galaxy Note8. The Galaxy Note8 has a slightly better camera than Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has a less MP camera in the back, and they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Galaxy Note8 also counts with a way better video resolution.
