Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has an overall score of 95.4, which is better than Galaxy Note8's 83 score. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra captures greater pictures and videos than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for low light captures and video, it also counts with a lot larger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality, a much better 7680x4320 video quality and a camera in the back with lot more megapixels.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 52 percent greater battery size.
Although Galaxy S22 Ultra is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Note8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Note8. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy Note8, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
