The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note8, with a 90.7 score against 83. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has the previous 14 version and Samsung Galaxy Note8 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
