Samsung Galaxy S6 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note8, with an 87.4 score against 83. The Samsung Galaxy S6 is an noticeably older cellphone than Samsung Galaxy Note8, but Samsung was able to build it incredibly thinner and notably lighter. Both devices we compare here come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S6 has older 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy Note8 has Android 9.0 Pie.
