Comparison review
Galaxy Note8 has an overall score of 83, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy S8's 81.7 score. Although it's the best in our current comparison, the Galaxy Note8 body is just a little thicker and a lot heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S8. Samsung Galaxy S8 counts with a little more vivid screen than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have the same 1440 x 2960px resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S8 also counts with a bit higher pixels density.
Samsung Galaxy S8's memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos is just as good as the Galaxy Note8 one, they have the same internal storage and a SD extension slot that allows up to 256 GB. Galaxy Note8 has a little better processing power than Galaxy S8, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy Note8 also has more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Note8 counts with a bit better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S8, because it has a 10% greater battery size. The Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy Note8 feature extremely similar cameras, both have the same (4K) video resolution, a same size sensor, the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same resolution back camera and a same size camera aperture.
Although Galaxy Note8 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S8. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Note8, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy S8, giving up some specs and features.
