Comparison review
Galaxy Note8 is a little bit better than TCL 20 Pro 5G, with a general score of 83 against 76.1. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but Galaxy Note8 has newer 9.0 Pie version while TCL 20 Pro 5G has Android 11 version, giving you some nice extra features and performance improvements. Galaxy Note8 is an a lot older and a little bit heavier cellphone than the TCL 20 Pro 5G, but Samsung could make it just a little bit thinner anyway.
The Galaxy Note8 counts with a bit better screen than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2960 resolution and a better quantity of pixels per inch of screen. TCL 20 Pro 5G has a way bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Note8, because it has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1 TB and more internal memory.
Galaxy Note8 has a little faster CPU than TCL 20 Pro 5G. Both of them have 8 cpu cores and a 6 GB RAM memory. TCL 20 Pro 5G features a better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for shooting photographs or videos in low-light situations, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also counts with a lot better resolution back facing camera and a way larger camera sensor taking much higher quality videos and photographs.
TCL 20 Pro 5G has superior battery duration than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 4500mAh battery size instead of 3300mAh.
