Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a little bit better than Xiaomi 12, having an 83 score against 78.8. These phones include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note8 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi 12 has Android 12, giving you some extra features and optimized performance. Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a better cellphone than Xiaomi 12, we must highlight that it's also way older, a little bit thicker and a little bit heavier.
Galaxy Note8 has a much powerful processing unit than Xiaomi 12, although it has less RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Xiaomi 12 has a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note8, although it has a much lower 1080 x 2400px resolution and a just a little lower display density, they both have a display with the same size.
The Galaxy Note8 features a bit bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi 12, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 256 GB. The Xiaomi 12 takes much better photos and videos than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is worse for low-light photos, it also counts with a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition, a way bigger camera sensor which provides a lot better photo and video quality and a back camera with much more MP.
The Xiaomi 12 features greater battery duration than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 4500mAh battery size instead of 3300mAh.
