Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a global score of 83, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 6's score of 76.5. Although Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a better phone than the Xiaomi Mi 6, it must be noted that it is also heavier and somewhat thicker. The Xiaomi Mi 6 features a bit better CPU than Galaxy Note8. They have 6 GB of RAM memory and 8 CPU cores.
The Galaxy Note8 and the Xiaomi Mi 6 feature similar screens, although the Xiaomi Mi 6 has a lot worse resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, a just a little lower display density and a quite smaller screen. The Samsung Galaxy Note8 features slightly more storage capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
Xiaomi Mi 6 features a bit better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because it has a 3350mAh battery capacity. Galaxy Note8 features just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 6, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the same video definition and a same resolution camera, the Galaxy Note8 also has a bigger aperture and a larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a better photo and video quality.
The Samsung Galaxy Note8 costs a little more than the Xiaomi Mi 6, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
