Samsung Galaxy Note8 is just a bit better than Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro, getting an 83 score against 78.7. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note8 has 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro has Android 10. Despite of the fact that the Samsung Galaxy Note8 is notably older than Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro, it's body is a little thinner and a little lighter.

Galaxy Note8 features a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution and more pixels per inch in the display. The Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro has a little bit more memory to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note8, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 512 GB.
