The Galaxy XCover 5 is a little bit better than the Galaxy On Nxt, getting a global score of 78.1 against 73.5. Galaxy XCover 5 works with Android 11 OS, while Galaxy On Nxt has Android OS. The Galaxy XCover 5 design is newer, but just a bit heavier and somewhat thicker than Galaxy On Nxt.
Galaxy XCover 5 has a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy On Nxt, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy XCover 5 also has more RAM.
