Xperia XZ Premium is a little bit better than Galaxy On Nxt, with a overall score of 79.8 against 73.5. The Xperia XZ Premium body has the same thickness than Galaxy On Nxt, but it is heavier. Xperia XZ Premium has a much better looking display than Galaxy On Nxt, and although they both have a same size display, the Xperia XZ Premium also has way more pixels per display inch and a lot better 2160 x 3840 pixels resolution.
The Sony Xperia XZ Premium counts with a much better memory to install applications and games than Galaxy On Nxt, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 256 GB, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium also has 32 GB more internal memory capacity. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium features a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy On Nxt, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Galaxy On Nxt has just a bit better battery duration than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.
