Galaxy Note Edge has a global score of 81.7, which is much better than Galaxy On8's 70.1 general score. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note Edge has an older 5.0 version while Galaxy On8 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Although it's the best cellphone in this comparison, Galaxy Note Edge is an extremely older, a little bit heavier and a little bit thicker cellphone than the Galaxy On8.
The Galaxy Note Edge has a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy On8, because although it has 4 less CPU cores (but faster), and they both have a 3 GB RAM, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a GPU. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy On8, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not good for low light images and videos, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a back-facing camera with more megapixels.
Galaxy Note Edge costs a little more than Galaxy On8, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
