Galaxy S6 is a lot better than the Galaxy On8, with an 87.3 score against 70.1. Although Galaxy S6 is older than the Galaxy On8, it's design is thinner and lighter. Both phones in this comparison review include Android operating system, but the Galaxy S6 has an older 5.0 version and Galaxy On8 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The Galaxy S6 counts with a much better screen than Galaxy On8, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a better pixel number per inch in the display. Samsung Galaxy S6 has a lot bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy On8, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
Galaxy S6 has a better hardware performance than Galaxy On8, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM and 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S6 also has a graphics processor and a 64-bits processing unit. Galaxy On8 features superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S6, because it has a 3300mAh battery capacity. The Samsung Galaxy S6 shoots better photographs and videos than Galaxy On8, and although they both have a F1.9 diafragm aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also has a more MP back-facing camera and a much better 3840x2160 video definition.
Samsung Galaxy S6 costs a little more money than the Galaxy On8, but you can get a much better phone for that extra dollars.
