Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Galaxy S6 has 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy S II has Android 4.1.2.

Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a lot better looking screen than Galaxy S II, because it has a bigger screen, a lot better pixel quantity per inch in the display and a lot better 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution.
