The Galaxy S5 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S II, getting a overall score of 78.2 against 65.4. These phones use Android operating system, but the Galaxy S5 has 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy S II has Android 4.1.2 version. Galaxy S5's body is a lot newer and a bit thinner, but heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S II.

Galaxy S5 features a better CPU than Samsung Galaxy S II, because it has a much better GPU working at 500 MHz, a larger number of cores (and also faster) and 1 GB more RAM memory.
