Comparison review

Samsung Captivate has an overall score of 57.2, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S II TV's overall score of 52.6. The Samsung Captivate construction has the same thickness than Samsung Galaxy S II TV, but it is just a bit heavier. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Captivate has the older 2.3 version while Samsung Galaxy S II TV has Android 4.2.

Galaxy S II TV and Samsung Captivate feature very similar screens, they have a same size display, a higher quantity of pixels per inch in the screen and the same 800 x 480 resolution. The Samsung Captivate has a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S II TV, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 32 GB, the Samsung Captivate also has 12 GB more internal memory capacity.

Samsung Captivate and Samsung Galaxy S II TV count with quite similar processors, because although the Samsung Captivate has lesser CPU cores, it also counts with a graphics processor. Samsung Captivate takes a little bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy S II TV. They have a same resolution back facing camera.

Samsung Captivate counts with a battery life that is just as good as the battery life in Samsung Galaxy S II TV.

Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, Samsung Captivate is also by far the cheapest.
