ZTE Blade Spark has a global score of 57.4, which is a bit better than the Galaxy S II TV's score of 52.6. These phones come with Android OS, but the ZTE Blade Spark has the newer 7.1 Nougat version and Galaxy S II TV has Android 4.2, so it gives you some extra features and performance tweaks. The ZTE Blade Spark design is noticeably heavier but just a bit thinner than the Galaxy S II TV.
