HTC One M9 counts with a better looking display than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a quite larger screen, a much higher 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and a better screen density. The HTC One M9 features a superior storage for games and applications than Galaxy S III, because it has a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 128 GB and more internal memory capacity.

The HTC One M9 features a superior processing power than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a faster graphics processing unit working at 600 megahertz, a 64-bit CPU, more processing cores and a larger amount of RAM. HTC One M9 has a much longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a 35 percent bigger battery size.
