Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S5 is better than the Samsung Galaxy S III, getting a 78.2 score against 70.8. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S5 has 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.4.2, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features. Samsung Galaxy S5's construction is a lot newer and just a little thinner, but also a bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy S III.

Samsung Galaxy S5 features a quite superior hardware performance than Galaxy S III, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Samsung Galaxy S5 also has a faster GPU working at 500 MHz and a greater number of faster cores. The Galaxy S5 has a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a bit bigger screen, a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a higher pixels amount in each screen inch.

Samsung Galaxy S5 has a bit more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S III, and although they both have exactly the same 16 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy S5 also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 128 GB. The Galaxy S5 has a really longer battery performance than Galaxy S III, because it has 2800mAh of battery capacity.

The Galaxy S5 counts with a much better camera than Galaxy S III, because it has a much better (4K) video quality, a bigger aperture for better low light captures and videos, a way more mega pixels camera in the back and a larger camera sensor providing a better image quality.

Samsung Galaxy S5 costs a bit more than the Samsung Galaxy S III, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
