Galaxy S6 is way better than the Galaxy S III, getting an 87.3 score against 70.8. These phones have Android operating system, but the Galaxy S6 has 5.0 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.4.2 version, providing you a couple nice extra features. Galaxy S6 is a way newer and incredibly thinner device than the Galaxy S III, although it is a little heavier.
Galaxy S6 features a lot better looking display than Galaxy S III, because it has a way higher quantity of pixels per inch of display, a bit larger screen and a way higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px. The Galaxy S6 has a way bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S III, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 112 GB more internal storage.
The Galaxy S6 features a more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a 64-bit processor, 1 GB more RAM, a faster GPU running at 650 MHz and more cpu cores.
