The HTC One M9 has a global score of 77.7, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S III's overall score of 70. The HTC One M9 is a way newer cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy S III, although it is thicker and heavier. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the HTC One M9 has newer 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version.
The HTC One M9 features a faster processing unit than Galaxy S III, because it has 6 more CPU cores, 1 GB more RAM memory, a faster graphics processing unit and a 64-bits processing unit. The HTC One M9 counts with a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a way better resolution of 1920 x 1080px, a little bit bigger screen and a higher pixel number in each screen inch.
