The Moto G Power (2021) is a bit better than Galaxy S III, getting a 76.5 score against 70. Although the Moto G Power (2021) is much newer than Galaxy S III, it's a little thicker and extremely heavier. The Moto G Power (2021) has a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and more processing cores.

Samsung Galaxy S III has a sharper display than Moto G Power (2021), because although it has a little worse resolution of 1280 x 720 and a much smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit higher display pixels density. The Moto G Power (2021) takes much better pictures and videos than Galaxy S III, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Moto G Power (2021) also has a way bigger camera aperture, a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting much higher quality photos and videos, faster video frame rates and a much more mega-pixels camera.

The Moto G Power (2021) features a much better storage for applications and games than Galaxy S III, because it has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB and 64 GB internal memory capacity. Moto G Power (2021) counts with a much better battery life than Galaxy S III, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 2100mAh.

In addition to being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, the Moto G Power (2021) is also a bit cheaper, making buying this phone a simple decision.
