Comparison review
Xperia Z3 is slightly better than Galaxy S III, getting a overall score of 75.8 against 70. These phones come with Android operating system, but Xperia Z3 has 4.4.4 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, so it counts with a couple nice extra features. Xperia Z3's body is incredibly newer and thinner, but also heavier than Galaxy S III.
The Xperia Z3 features a sharper screen than Galaxy S III, because it has a bit larger screen, a much higher 1920 x 1080 resolution and more pixels per inch of screen. Sony Xperia Z3 features a faster processor than Galaxy S III, because it has a greater number of cores , a better GPU running at 450 MHz and a higher amount of RAM.
The Sony Xperia Z3 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a lot higher video quality, a camera with way more MP, a way larger camera aperture and a much larger sensor which provides a lot higher photo and video quality. Xperia Z3 has a slightly better memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S III, and although they both have the same 16 GB internal storage, the Xperia Z3 also has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB.
