Galaxy S III is just a bit better than Galaxy S II T-Mobile, having a general score of 70.8 against 65.3. The Galaxy S III design is newer, just a bit lighter and a bit thinner than the Galaxy S II T-Mobile. Both of these phones use the same Android 4.1.2 OS (operating system), so both of them should give you all the same OS features.

Samsung Galaxy S III features a bit better processing unit than Galaxy S II T-Mobile, and although they both have a Dual-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S III also has more RAM memory and a much better 400 megahertz graphics co-processor. The Samsung Galaxy S III features a little bit better screen than Galaxy S II T-Mobile, because it has a way better 1280 x 720 resolution, a quite larger display and a better count of pixels per inch of display.
