The LG G8 ThinQ has an overall score of 84.3, which is better than the Galaxy S III's 71 general score. The LG G8 ThinQ design is extremely newer and a little bit thinner, but heavier than Galaxy S III. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but LG G8 ThinQ has newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3, so it provides a couple nice extra features.

LG G8 ThinQ has a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with more cpu cores and a higher amount of RAM. The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a bit sharper screen than Galaxy S III, because it has a larger screen, a lot brighter screen, a lot higher 1440 x 3120 resolution and a lot better display pixel density.

The LG G8 ThinQ takes better pictures and videos than Galaxy S III, because it has a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a larger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a lot bigger aperture to take better images in poorly lited environments and a much more megapixels back facing camera.

LG G8 ThinQ features a way bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S III, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1,95 TB. LG G8 ThinQ features a very superior battery duration than Galaxy S III, because it has a 67 percent bigger battery capacity.

LG G8 ThinQ costs a little more than the Samsung Galaxy S III, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
