The Sony Xperia Z3 has a global score of 75.8, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S III's score of 71. Sony Xperia Z3's construction is notably newer and thinner, but heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S III. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia Z3 has a more recent 4.4.4 version while Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3.

Xperia Z3 counts with a little bit better processing power than Galaxy S III, because although it has a weaker graphics co-processor running at 450 MHz, and they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia Z3 also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory.
