HTC One M9 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S III, getting a global score of 77.7 against 72.1. HTC One M9 is a notably newer phone than the Samsung Galaxy S III, although it's heavier and somewhat thicker. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the HTC One M9 has newer 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.4.2, so it counts with some nice extra features and some performance improvements.

The HTC One M9 features a faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a much better graphics processor working at 600 megahertz, a greater amount of RAM, a 64-bits processing unit and a higher number of faster cores. The HTC One M9 counts with a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a bit bigger screen, more pixels per inch in the screen and a much better resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.

The HTC One M9 costs a little more money than Galaxy S III, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
