Motorola DROID Turbo is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S III, having a general score of 76.4 against 72.1. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola DROID Turbo has a more recent 4.4.4 version and Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.4.2 version. The Motorola DROID Turbo design is extremely newer than the Samsung Galaxy S III's, although it's a lot heavier and thicker.

The Motorola DROID Turbo features a much better looking screen than Galaxy S III, because it has a much higher resolution of 2560 x 1440, a quite bigger screen and a lot better pixel number per inch in the screen.
