Samsung Galaxy S5 has a global score of 77.7, which is a little bit better than Galaxy S III's 72.1 global score. Even though the Samsung Galaxy S5 is just a little heavier than the Galaxy S III, it's just a little bit thinner and also way newer. Both phones in this comparison have the same Android 4.4.2 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding OS features.
