Comparison review
The Xperia Z3 has an overall score of 77.3, which is a bit better than the Galaxy S III's 72.1 general score. These phones use Android operating system, but the Xperia Z3 has a more recent 4.4.4 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.4.2 version, so it gives you a couple nice extra features. Xperia Z3's body is notably newer, but heavier and just a little bit thicker than Galaxy S III.
Sony Xperia Z3 counts with a quite superior processing power than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a faster graphics processor, 2 more cpu cores and 1 GB more RAM. Xperia Z3 has a more vivid screen than Galaxy S III, because it has a greater pixel number in each display inch, a lot better resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a quite bigger screen.
Xperia Z3 has just a bit more memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S III, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Xperia Z3 also has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB. Xperia Z3 has a really longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity.
The Xperia Z3 captures greater photos and videos than Galaxy S III, because it has a way larger aperture to take better photography in poorly lited situations, a lot bigger camera sensor providing a much better image quality, a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a camera in the back with a much higher 20.7 mega-pixels resolution.
Sony Xperia Z3 costs exactly the same than the Samsung Galaxy S III, which makes this phone an easy choice.
