IPhone 6 Plus has an overall score of 75.3, which is a bit better than Galaxy S III's global score of 71.3. IPhone 6 Plus has iOS 8.x OS, while Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 OS. The iPhone 6 Plus design is extremely newer and somewhat thinner, but also much heavier than Galaxy S III. IPhone 6 Plus features a brighter screen than Galaxy S III, because it has more pixels per inch in the screen, a quite larger display and a way higher resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
The Galaxy S III features a superior memory for apps and games than iPhone 6 Plus, because it has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB and more internal memory capacity.
