The Galaxy S5 Plus has a score of 78.1, which is a bit better than Galaxy S III's 71.3 overall score. Even though the Galaxy S5 Plus is a little bit heavier than the Galaxy S III, it's just a little bit thinner and also extremely newer. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but Galaxy S5 Plus has 4.4.2 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, so it counts with some nice extra features and performance tweaks.

Galaxy S5 Plus has a faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy S III, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM, the Galaxy S5 Plus also has a better 500 megahertz graphics processor and a higher number of cores.
