Comparison review

The Galaxy Note 3 has a score of 80.7, which is much better than Galaxy S III's 72.1 global score. The Galaxy Note 3 design is newer and just a bit thinner than the Galaxy S III's, although it's also a lot heavier. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note 3 has the newer 5.0 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.1.2 version.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a better pixels density, a bigger screen and a lot better resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a way bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S III, and although they both have a SD memory slot that allows up to 64 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 also has more internal storage.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a greater amount of RAM memory, more processing cores and a faster GPU working at 600 megahertz. Galaxy Note 3 has a much longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity against 2100mAh.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 captures much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor, it also counts with a camera in the back with much more mega-pixels, a much better (4K) video definition and a larger aperture to capture better images and videos in low light environments.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and the Samsung Galaxy S III cost the same, which makes it easy to pick between these phones.
