Galaxy S4 has a general score of 76.1, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S III's global score of 72.1. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Galaxy S4 has 4.4.2 version while Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.1.2 version. Galaxy S4's body is newer, a bit lighter and just a little bit thinner than the Samsung Galaxy S III.

Galaxy S4 counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy S III, and although they both have a 400 MHz graphics co-processor and the same RAM amount, the Galaxy S4 also has a higher number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy S4 features a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a much better 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, a greater pixel amount in each inch in the display and a little larger screen.

Galaxy S III features much more storage capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S4, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 64 GB, the Galaxy S III also has 16 GB more internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy S4 counts with just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor shooting worse quality videos and pictures, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S4 also counts with a larger aperture to take better captures and video in low light environments and a lot better 13 mega pixels resolution camera.

The Galaxy S4 counts with improved battery lifetime than Galaxy S III, because it has 2600mAh of battery capacity against 2100mAh.
