Apple iPhone 6 has a score of 74.1, which is a little bit better than Galaxy S III's 72.7 global score. Apple iPhone 6 has iOS 8.x operating system, and Galaxy S III counts with Android 4.3 operating system. The Apple iPhone 6 design is extremely newer, thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Galaxy S III.
The iPhone 6 has just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy S III, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 1334 x 750 resolution, a bit better pixel density and a lot brighter screen. Samsung Galaxy S III counts with a much bigger storage for applications and games than iPhone 6, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB and 64 GB internal storage.
IPhone 6 has a little faster processor than Galaxy S III, because although it has less 1.4 gigahertz processing cores and a slower 450 MHz graphics processor, and they both have a 1 GB RAM, the iPhone 6 also counts with a 64-bit CPU.
