The Google Pixel 3a XL is a little bit better than Galaxy S III, with a 78.9 score against 72.7. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but the Google Pixel 3a XL has a more recent 11 version while Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, so it offers a couple nice extra features and performance enhancements. The Google Pixel 3a XL construction is newer and just a little thinner than Galaxy S III's, although it is extremely heavier.
