The iPhone 6 is a little bit better than Galaxy S III AT&T, with a overall score of 79.2 against 72.2. IPhone 6's design is extremely newer, just a bit lighter and way thinner than Galaxy S III AT&T. IPhone 6 comes with iOS 8.x operating system, while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 operating system.
